A very expensive hotel with 2 stars facilities. Room is tiny and outdated. The staffs are nice and helpful. The surrounding area is congested, noisy and dirty. It should be a 2-star hostel.

I have been searching for a hotel in mid-town that I could keep returning to for work as I have been having to find a new hotel each time I visit the city - always unhappy with the last. First time at this property, check in was commendable in efforts to assist everyone as timely as possible. Don’t go early to check-in, the hotel stays full until it’s time to depart. I expected personal touches during my stay, due to the concierge reaching out multiple times to ensure my stay would go well. That did not happen, they specifically didn’t even greet me. I got invited to a presentation for this type of facility but I was assigned a room that wasn’t renovated. Not a good marketing move. Best part about this property is the view of the Empire State Building from its covered rooftop. I’ll take the risk at another Marriott property, next time.
