I had a fantastic experience. Great option in midtown and super close to all the sites and attractions The coffee stand in the hotel was really solid and not super expensive. The lead bartender at the rooftop was the coolest. Would definitely stay here again.

The concierge kept trying to sell us on Marriot vouchers. They did not offer to help us with our experience, they were trying to sell me more. I felt hounded by staff upon entering and exiting hotel every time. That was annoying. The room and facilities were great

I have been searching for a hotel in mid-town that I could keep returning to for work as I have been having to find a new hotel each time I visit the city - always unhappy with the last. Arrived early, Front desk agent pre-checked us in so when room was ready we just had to pick up the keys. Everyone was friendly. I did try to call down to get an extra blanket but it didn’t work, so had to stop by the desk and got one right away. Stay was nice we did a quick little trip. Staff offered us snacks for the kids which was very thoughtful and nice! Over all would definitely book again.
