"Overpriced, rundown and mismanaged in every way. Staffed by incompetent aliens who could not communicate with each other or respond to the most simple requests. Broken furniture. The bathroom was extraordinarily uncomfortable. The sink, shower, and toilet all malfunctioned, in addition to being shoved into a space so small it was impossible to keep it clean. One day we were even denied washcloths because the hotel had supposedly run out of them. Catastrophically bad."

"The stay was great except for the elevators. There are not enough elevators for the amount of guests. Getting a elevator in the morning can be a long wait especially if you’re on the lower floors. By the time it got to us it was full and you have to wait for another. On the morning of leaving we had to carry down our luggage via the stairs as getting a lift with space was impossible. Apart from this we were happy with our stay"

"It is a somewhat old hotel but clean. Location is fantastic. Rooms have safe and desk but no fridge. Bathroom is small, especially the sink. Shower is weird with 4 distinct knob but hard to fine tune the temperature."
