Un hôtel bien placé par les transports en commun à proximité. L’hôtel n’est pas parfaitement entretenu. La chambre est propre mais la climatisation laisse une sensation humide. Le petit déjeuner est très peu varié (toast, céréales), toute la vaisselle est en plastique (beaucoup de déchets), la salle du petit déjeuner n’est pas agréable.

Not bad, not great.

Not bad, not great. Internet was very slow. I chose this hotel over others because there was supposed to be parking, but in the end there was no parking, and either way the garage was quite a distance from the hotel, and not free. I'm generally not a very picky person, but I would definitely choose something else if I'm in the same area in the future.

BEG BUGS!! They have bed bugs and ct like it is just ok I literally told them and they didn't even try to help me, next time I caught one and put it on their desk and all they said was thank you for letting us know!! I want a refund!

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier résidentiel de Queens non loin du métro et d’un parc Sur le bord de l’eau qui offre une vue exceptionnelle de Manhattan. Si vous aimez marcher, vous pouvez traverser le pont pour aller à Brooklyn. Le stationnement n’est pas gratuit, il était de 25$/jour ce qui est vraiment cher pour le quartier.

They charge you 100 dollars deposit. That takes 7-10 business day to refund. It’s a smoke free floor (third floo), but ppl smoke cigarettes and weed in their rooms. The smell in the hallway the is beyond disgusting. Filled a complaint with the front desk. Nothing was done. NEVER AGAIN.
