Kinda dirty but close to the subway. Good if you have a show at forest hills or in Manhattan and you’re on a budget. Gross ring of grime under the rim of the sink. Bed seemed clean and I don’t appear to have been visited by bed bugs.

Location was close to access public transportation. Staff were helpful. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Keycard stopped working once but they said it was due to it being placed close to a cellphone. Overall not a bad stay.

Old hotel but room was clean. No housekeeping for my room during my three day stay. Light over bathroom sink was out, and was not fixed despite my report to desk. Positives: short walk to subway, and many fast food restaurants within a five minute walk. Price was great.

Run down, deterioration of appliances (wall sockets, toilets, cracked and moldy bathtub). Not cleaned properly. On the edge of a high crime neighborhood The staff were friendly. At least the price could've been lower for what's offered.

Location was fine, it’s a 5 minute walk from the closest subway. There was only one working elevator and there was no room to store your bags if you arrived early. So all of the bags were just sitting in the lobby area if you needed to leave it somewhere and explore the city while waiting for check in time. Not sure what was going on but the hotel collected an extra $100 along with the $30 fee as explained by hotels.com. Clerk didn’t say why they were charging another $100, so if you think your stay is gonna be like 289, it’ll be closer to 389 with the extra unknown fee at check in.

Room was relatively clean. Bathroom was nice, shower was alright a few spots, but overall nice shower with good water pressure. Neighborhood was alright, recommend for people traveling in groups. Staff were nice and quick with fulfilling requests.

AC worked once i reset the power cord surge protector. Front staff ladybwas nice but overwhelmed at 3 pm check in. Each reservation takes 10-15 minutes minimum. Mine took 30 because she had to text and call the hotel owner over a seperate "emergency ". Allow for a wide window to check in and early checkin is not allowed. Location was good with quick food delivery. Hotel has NO BREAKFAST. 5 minute walk to subway.

The staff is excellent. They greet you with a smile. The manager is very attentive and does his best to help you with any concerns. Parking is $30 unless you wish chance parking outside within the area. Rooms were very clean and in order. Unfortunately people smoke in their rooms but their is no control over this.
