"1. Elevators are slow and overused because of non-guests going to the restaurants. 2. Pool is crowded...great for young kids, but not good for a lap swim unless you get lucky. No adult-only hours. 3. Staff is mostly great, but quality varies. 4. Location is both good and bad. Close to everything, but very crowded."
