Location was absolutely perfect! The decor was bright and added lots of personality. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pillows were so soft! I slept peacefully. The only downside was the mattress. I don’t know if the budget ran out, but they should put some mattress toppers on there to add a little fluff.

Decent hotel. Most rooms are a decent size for New York but the hotel is a bit tired looking. I haven't stayed here in 2-3 years and it has not been kept up. The room I was in had a window AC. It was loud and I didn't see one ounce of daylight in the room.

Besides the friendly staff and convenient location, we asked for room service, never received, tiny room, its nyc, and the domestic violence next to our room which kept us up all night plus accidentally got off on the wrong floor to hear screams of passion porno movie hallarious, yikes. If it was standard price, can kinda deal with it, but paying $1k for 2 nights, yea no! Lipstick on a pig, no offense.
