I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and face the street which I loved. Because I love sunlight in the morning. Great lounge that I will enjoy on my next stay!

O The Watson é um hotel bom, muito bem localizado e o serviço é bom, porém, é um hotel bem grande, com corredores de quartos bem longos e que recebe muitos hóspedes, e isso o torna bastante barulhento. O hotel tem uma estrutura boa, mas é antigo, e o rooftop bar só abre no verão.

The reception was neither welcoming nor rude. Not that it matters to me but I thought I should mention it for others. It's an old hotel but you can see that the management is making every effort to please. The towels are fresh comparable to any 5 star establishment and the toiletries are plenty. The room was warm despite the chill outside I later realised they left the window 'stuck' open to let the 'fresh' air (and the fresh noise) in. Halfway between Central Park and Times Square you can walk to both provided you don't do it on the same day of course. And the bed didn't disappoint either.

Stay at the Watson!

Our stay was fabulous. My wife and I were among the last guests before the hotel was closed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Considering what was/is going on, I was quite impressed with the overall professional performance of the staff. This place is a keeper. To better days, Cheers James

Location is what gave this property a star for me. It was easy to get to most places in downtown by taking the subway. Your a walk distance to time square and the SW corner or Central Park. Be prepared for absolutely irritable staff. We stayed 4 days and every single day had a different staff member with what felt like no patience regarding questions....our room had ants. They did move us for it. Also the walls are paper thin...we also got moved for a total of 2 times because the noises in the rooms across the hall were so bad.

Very sad the pool deck was only seasonal! Even if the pool is closed it would have been amazing to see the city from the deck. Overall it was great! Clean hotel, friendly staff. Will def. be back! Oh and the wings at the skylight lounge were to Die for. We are them for 3 nights in a row!

Estadia razoável, porém não tem ar condicionado!

A localização é boa, próximo ao central park e estações de trem e ônibus. O quarto é bastante limpo, não tem cheiro de mofo, cama e lençóis macios. Porém ficamos decepcionados que no dia em que chegamos estava fazendo calor, e quando fomos nos informar no hotel disseram que não tinham ar condicionado! Nos ofereceram um ventilador muito velho, que não tivemos coragem de ligar. No anúncio do hotel diz que ele tem ar condicionado, mas não tem! Fui em março final do inverno. O hotel é um pouco velho, da pra ver em suas instalações. Não vale a pena comer no hotel, comidas são caras e não é lá essas coisas. Acredito que tenha outros hotéis melhores e com preço parecido.

What you see in the photos is what you get. For this price, I found this to be a decent hotel in a good area. The room was clean but by no means luxurious, although the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again.

It is a great location and the rooms are a nice size for the price. But, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. I can’t tell you how many door slams I heard all hours of the night. I woke up to the smell of overwhelming cigarette smoke one morning. That night I had to change rooms as the bathroom ceiling was leaking (think a moderate rain) into my bathroom. At least that next morning I didn’t have to wake up to the smell of smoke. But I was tired from being woke up by the sound of water, having to pack and change rooms. I will not stay here again.

Attention pour le moment l'hotel m'a prélevé 25 dollars sur ma carte de crédit alors que toutes les taxes ont été payé en cash lors de l'arrivée. Méfiance envers cet hotel et ses pratiques plus que douteuse, je ne recommande pas et ai fait une réclamation à ma banque pour récupérer les 25 dollars que l'hotel essaye de surcharger !!!!
