The room was smaller than anticipated, but everything was beautiful. The room also had everything that was needed, including shampoo, conditioner, a mini fridge, and a steamer. This is my second time staying here and I will only stay here. Reasonable room rates, amazing restaurant and bar. Rooftop is where the party is at and you would think you would hear the noise and you don’t! It’s amazing! Front desk is always helpful, one of them forgot her name but it’s like Tam-something. My family loved this hotel. The modern design & use of space was amazing. The elevator situation is my only complaint. My family had to take the stairs several times & in a hotel with 25 plus floors that will be a problem for some. We were on the 7th floor & it was tough. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

Rooms are quite small, where bed is hitting the wall at foot of the bed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The elevators take unusually long time to get you to any floor. Almost 10 min elevator ride each time. It’s ideal for solo travelers with excellent location close to Times Square.

The price and location was perfect, right in Times Square, but the rooms were quiet and dark at night! The room was super clean, well thought out and space efficient, not to mention beautiful finishings. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. When busy, can wait 20 minutes for an elevator. Trash in stairwell half the day on 20 th floor major hazard if fire. Alarm went off 2am but was a false alarm and did not need to evacuate. Property felt modern and clean. Staff was always helpful. Air conditioning was awesome and beds were very comfy. The noise from the street was fairly minimal. At certain hours the lobby and elevators get very crowded. The system utilizes a touch screen outside of the elevators to select the floor and direct you to the right elevator. Seems practical but when there is a large crowd or people spam the controls, it forces the elevators to stop on unnecessary floors. Overall a great experience and recommended.
