"Housekeeping here sucks. They forgot to clean my room one day. They don’t clean up any trash or anything left in the hallways , hallways are never vacuumed. Rooms are relatively quiet. Beds are comfortable. Staff is okay, not the nicest but tolerable for NYC."

"Good place to stay in Midtown. Busy hotel, so plan to wait a bit to check in, but the staff was helpful. Room was comfortable. Shower was awesome and perfect for after a day of walking around Manhattan. Close to Central Park, Times Square, and Broadway theaters."
