"They had given our room away which was completely paid for and after a 6 hour flight and with a 13 year old we were exhausted. They found an empty room for us for the night and the next day Rachael at the front desk was exception in getting us settled for the remainder of our stay."

"I stayed here last year when I came specifically to see a show. The location is perfect for that. This year I brought my sister who has limited mobility and the staff could not have been more helpful. We had to take taxis everywhere , but last year it was so easy to take the subway anywhere I wanted ..."
