No one was in the area to direct us. The room was fine. However it was jus very noisy outside in the city construction ...

Beautiful room- front desk staff and the gentleman working the doors were extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect spot right in Times Square with shows, shopping, and plenty of restaurants all within a very short walk.

DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown
Do NOT stay here. Every time I took the elevator I had to wait a very long time, literally up to 30 minutes. I had to plan my whole trip around allowing 20-30 extra minutes every time I needed to get into or out of my room. The towels in my room also smelled like cigarette smoke.
