"Good location, parking was available although we had to pay for it. The double beds were on the small size, bedroom furniture looked quite old, and the mattresses were a bit soft for us. Easy self check in process and quiet rooms."

"From the minute i checked in i felt at home, this was our second visit to gnh and as before everything was perfect while we was there there was a wedding being held there even though they had a party downstairs in one of thier function rooms we never heard a thing, our only bugbear is that the room that we stayed in could do with better lighting!. "Great location within 15 min walking distance of train and bus station. The Junior suite was perfect for us - king size bed plus a comfortable sofa bed. I loved the fact that the sofa bed area was separated from main bedroom by a sliding door for privacy. Room equipped with microwave, small hob, fridge, kettle & toaster and enough cutlery, crockery etc for 3 people.
Situated on the edge of Chinatown theres lots of Asian dining options - Japanese, Thai, Cantonese etc. A huge selection of bars to choose from in the area.
Great location for shopping too as it’s only a short walk to Eldon Square shopping mall inc Fenwicks, John Lewis, Sephora etc and Grainger market.
If you’re a football fan the hotel is across the road from St James Park. The hotel bar caters for fans too - matches are screened on every wall - even at breakfast time.

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Gosforth Park Hotel. It was unplanned, as we had to reschedule due to issues with another location. But we able book a room easily with Gosforth. The staff were wonderful and accommodating during our 4 day stay. Prices are wonderful, the rooms are large and spacious, the gym and poor are fantastic. Could not recommend more. "
