"Breakfast was lovely, best bit about the stay. The young lad serving us both mornings was really helpful and welcoming. Great chef and lovely fresh omelette. The room was very tired looking and the air con didn’t work, which I reported multiple times, over the two days but nobody came to check it or repair it. It was very hot room. One lovely chap from housekeeping did give us a fan although it was slightly broken, it did help. There were lots of repair items on level 6, broken lift and all looked a bit tired. "

"We had get lift then walk 2 fight stairs and I am disabled the room was ment be on the best I booked it lamps not working cant shower as roof to low sid bath rotten and it was like sleeping in box but was lovely breckfast.... no room service for food"

"The car park had plenty of spaces when we arrived at about 12.15 on a saturday. It was easy to pay when we were leaving. Our room was ready and the reception team let us check in early which was really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. I'd requested a travel cot in the room and really appreciated that this had been seen and the cot was ready before we arrived. We had breakfast the next morning - we went about 8am and it was quiet, it got more busy as we were leaving. The staff were constantly cleaning up and replenishing the food. Our 3rd stay here and we'll definitely be back next time we visit Leeds"

"Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious room. Only minor snag was a slow draining shower, but informed the staff at checkout, so hopefully they’ll be able to fix. I’ll definitely return. "
