Room was spotless. Bathroom was amazing! The lobby was beautiful! The fruited water at the main desk was also delicious! Will stay here again!

Newport Harbor Island Resort
The rooms were clean and staff were pleasant. Not everyone uses the stairs, however I do. The stairs had dust balls that must have been accumulating for quite a long time. The door knobs were broken and difficult to open. Those areas should be more focused.

Howard Johnson by Wyndham Middletown Newport Area
My parents who are in their 80s stayed here during a snow storm and the staff was wonderful with them. I know they needed assistance for a few things and everyone was courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I will recommend this location again to future visitors.
