"We really enjoyed our stay at the Attwater. The hotel is in a quiet, more residential part of Newport. We arrived the day after Labor Day and were upgraded to a suite on the third floor - it was like having our own apartment. All of the staff were very helpful - Brandy knows Newport well and gave us a lot of helpful info. At her suggestion we went over to Third Beach in Middletown and nearby Sachuest Point Wildlife Refuge, a gorgeous spot to walk and see goldfinches. We will return!"
