"clean room and great location. The reception at the time we checked in was a guy and found out was the manager. He was very rude and uncompromising as we got there an hour and a half early for check in. Mind you i have a handicap husband and traveled 6 yrs so we requested if can check in a little early considering the room is already ready. He didnโt care at all. I will make sure that i will never go back to that hotel nor recommend it. The guy obviously shouldnโt be working in that environment considering his zero customer service attitude"

"It was a comfortable place to stay and close to restaurants, shopping and the Skunk Train. Daily linen service and cups for water are something we donโt get at more expensive hotels unless requested. We enjoyed our two night stay at the Best Western Vista Manor Lodge."
