small but comfortable room, bathroom a bit tight, good breakfast choice, nice Bar and restaurant. House keeping good.
Reception Staff very pleasant.
Great location, quite side street overlooking Park but 3 min walk to Tube, lots of restaurant choices near by.
No kettle in room and coffee maker really slow and annoying, could only get BBC I player on TV so limited channel viewing again really annoying, slow Lift.

"Not upset to Hilton standards. Bar and coffee shop closed. They restaurant that was open, and not busy, took 16 minutes to get my order. These were napkins and a french fry laying on the floor. When pub did open it was fine but also stuff on the floor. Go to Sofitel instead."
