"Staff at this hotel are very nice and welcoming. Location is also perfect for exploring. Close to Tam Coc and surrounding attractions. Grounds of the hotel are beautiful and rooms are clean and very comfortable. Definitely felt like a luxury staying here and it’s very reasonably priced for the standard of hotel. "Lovely resort for family stay. We stayed for 4 nights prior to a 2 week tour of Vietnam that started in Hanoi. Great resort - lovely indoor and outdoor pools, duplex room ideal for family of 4, large leafy site with electric buggies to ferry you between room and reception/restaurants. We ate breakfast at at Sen restaurant, lunch at the outdoor poolside bar, and dinner at Organics restaurant all on site every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel very clean and well presented, we would definitely stay again. We used hotel car service to transfer from Hanoi airport to hotel, and booked one of the hotel tours for a half day boat ride in Tam Coc - both were great."

"This place is like a mirage: absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location! I kept thinking it was like a dream!!! Staff very attentive. Fun ride in electric buggy to our room. Quiet, pretty pool. Stunning room: silky robes, bags & hats to borrow. Loved the decor: luxurious! Breakfast buffet had everything, and it was never busy! Bikes were cheap to rent. Great location: you could watch the boats go by. "

"The hosts were extremely friendly and their granddaughter ( Camelia) was a great help in communicating in English. We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. All together a decent stay and on a side note transportation will be required if you need to eat out. "
