"Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. "TV and remote combo didn't work all the time no channel displayed and no channel guide. The smallest elevator in the world. Towel rack at the sink was broken and not replaced. The breakfast was pretty good and 24 hour coffee was a good touch."

"Our “window” didn’t face anywhere outside, we opened the shade and saw the LOBBY!! NO daylight at all, EVER. So, had to keep the shade closed all the time or anyone and everyone walking in the lobby could see right in our room. It also smelled horrible. Musty smell and when we mentioned it to the front desk, all they did was spray deodorizer which lasted maybe a couple hours. We don’t plan on staying there next year when we go back to Buffalo."

"Front desk staff was curt and rude. They never answered the front desk phone, I had to go down and wait at the desk until they came up from the back room, and even then they had the speaker phone blaring on their cell phone while I tried to talk to them. They said they "don't do cribs or pack and plays" which I've never encountered at any other hotel I've ever been to, and they were no help with that at all. The laundry room soap dispenser was empty after it took my money, and they lied and said they would fix it the next day and they didn't. There was pink mold all over the shower base in our bathroom, and dark black mold covering the washing machine drum."

"The dirtiest hotels I have ever been to at this price point. Expedia listed breakfast was included but, it was not. Also, the hotel management didn't notify us about that. No restaurants open before 11 AM. So we had to walk to a seven eleven for our breakfast. I don't think, I will never book through Expedia ever again."
