Fantastic stay! We received a warm welcome. The morning lattes and pastries delivered to the room were a great way to start the day. The breakfast could very well be the best we’ve ever tasted. The only issue might have been with the inoperative fan in the bathroom otherwise it was a very nice place to spend the night.

What a wonderful review. Thank you so much!Oddly, that room does not have a fan, but the timer you saw was for a pre-existing heating lamp. They were removed as a fire-hazard. It is on our winter list to remove the timer so as not to cause confusion. This is an excellent reminder.

Loved loved loved this B&B. Vintage boutique farmhouse with spacious gathering rooms and bedroom suites that are tastefully decorated. A little off the beaten path yet not too far away from the Falls or Niagara on the lake. Loved the ambiance and peaceful setting. Gracious staff that is very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful breakfast for a foodie! Would definitely recommend and return. Enjoy!!

WOW!!! This is a hidden gem. What a fantastic experience. Staff, excellent! They are welcoming and detail-oriented. As soon as you walked in tension, you didn't even realize you had disappeared from your body. Do not skip the complimentary breakfast - delicious! We will be back again.

Beautiful Inn , short drive from Niaga Falls and Niagara on the lake , delicious breakfast and coffee and bakes before breakfast . Nice grounds exceptional service by Jenn and Olivia , great place to relax and unwind . Conveniently located to local attractions in the middle of wine country ! Will be back in the future and recommend it strongly .

I loved my stay at Woodbourne Inn. They upgraded my room since I was staying there over my birthday and left me the cutest treat. The breakfast on both days was phenomenal and I loved that they first deliver a coffee, juice, and a pastry up to your room.

Amazing Bed and Breakfast Inn
Everything was amazing. Everything. The only negative was the tiny size of our room that made it a bit uncomfortable. It was difficult to move around. We would have selected a larger room had we known about the size prior to arrival. So be aware of this issue and ask. Other than this minor issue, we really felt like royalty.

The team upgraded us without us asking. The room was amazing and ridiculously clean. It was by far the most comfortable, home like hotel I have ever stayed at. To top it off the free breakfast was delicious - better than any breakfast that I have had in a while (smoked salmon, homemade wafles, eggs, fresh vegetables and garnish). I would highly recommend the Woodbourne.

I really cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. The communication from the Inn before check-in was excellent, the orientation very helpful, and all of the staff were excellent. The chef made an amazing breakfast accommodating our dietary restrictions and service during the meal was excellent. There is a great coffee shop nearby that just opened and is within walking distance. Yvonne's restaurant recommendations were superb, and the NOTL main street is 12 minutes away by car. Perfect location. Thank you, Woodbourne Inn! See you next time.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience on the second night. at about ten pm we started hearing thump thump thump of music from base. it was vibrating through our pillows etc. it got louder. about 11.30 we called the concierge (he was at another property). don't know if he did anything. never called back. when i went outside i could tell it was coming from a neighbours property which i told the concierge. it finally stopped at about 1 am. we were the only people at the inn. no staff.. also when i went outside the front door was unlocked, while there is a sign saying the premises are locked up in the evening. we would like a refund for one of our night's stay. rod chisholm

I'm so sorry to hear that. We normally have such quiet neighbours. Our concierge on duty that night did drive through the neighbourhood to try to resolve the issue, but couldn't hear anything. He thought that it must have wrapped up already and assumed the noise had stopped. Perhaps he didn't drive by the correct house.We do request to each guest to lock up behind them as they leave, but occasionally some forget. Locking the door, if it is found unlocked, is always an option for any guest if they feel more comfortable, of course.I will email you shortly via your guest profile.Talk to you soon.

A lovely stay ... nicely appointed room with a fireplace. We enjoyed relaxing in the parlor and library. Breakfast (or should I say "two" breakfasts) were phenomenal. Kudo's to the chef ... tea and a small pastry served to the room first thing followed by full breakfast an hour or so later in the parlor or dining room. Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle that is Niagara Falls -- an no children running and screaming down hallways, etc. -- and discovering this area as "wine country". Definitely on our return list. Wifi is great, but know that there is no TV anywhere -- which for some will be a bonus!

Great addition to our vacation!
The Woodbourne Inn was a great stay for us! We stayed a few nights during a week-long stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We stayed in the romance suite which was a great experience for both of us. The room had a warm and cozy atmosphere and we enjoyed soaking in the tub after our days exploring the city and area. Breakfast was always an amazing start to our day, with the chef giving a personal touch to each dish as well as making sure to come out to chat and share just a bit of their passion for cooking. The backyard and common areas were great to bring a bottle of wine out and just take in the atmosphere and relax. Highly, highly recommend!

Lacks features
Inn was quiet, clean, staff extremely good, nice library. Rated medium as there was no chair in room, small bath without counter or shelf for cosmetic or shaving bag. Cheap toilet paper, no newspaper in sitting area for these reasons place is more in category $100 less per night.

Although further from downtown Niagara by the Lake than I expected, the Woodbourne Inn was well worth the short drive into town and excellent in every respect.

Woodbourne Inn is the perfect place for a quiet getaway to the Niagara wine region. Walking distance to Ravine Vineyards and a short bike or car ride to Tide and Vine and Grist Brewery.

This a quaint property, recommended stay however there is a noticeable change since the inn was taken over by corporate owners . The fresh juices and reduced breakfast quantity. The food is amazing but service is slow .
