"Please read this review, please don’t book Hotel This photo showing the nice Hotel but not very good and no good service there. Expedia say request to towel change in bed sheet, but very rudely and no good service either there and We stay five night. "We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the front desk staff were so helpful and nice, the breakfast was yummy and more than anything it was super affordable. If you want easy and comfortable accommodations overlooking the beach you won't be disappointed."

"I booked 3 rooms in the same category and price point, 2 rooms were what we were expecting and my room was about half the size of the other two rooms. It stunk like an ashtray and when we went to use the shower, it didn't drain and flooded the bathroom. We were told that the maintenance person had left for the day. (It was around 6pm) There was no follow up, no offer for a different room. Just had to stay in a room that smelled like cigarettes and had an unusable shower. Terrible."

"Overall a disappointing stay. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready and we were told to come back in an hour, when our receptionist then tried to charge us for the room when we had prepaid. The room was fine but very basic, and had a few flickering lights. Our room was not once made up by housekeeping across the three days that we were there - and when we asked reception for fresh towels we were told they normally charge for this. The bedding was poor and kept pulling away revealing the plastic covers. The room had no iron but had an ironing board. We purposefully spent more on this accommodation compared to other options so that we could have a nicer stay, which unfortunately was not the case for us."

"Clean room. Lovely size. Staff helpful and friendly! Good location and lime bikes useful outside for getting about. Rooftop pool a bit disappointed that there wasn’t a bar up there and hardly any sunbeds. Only about 5-6 max. And they rock and back for. Could do with a bit of work on roof as the hotel next door had a fabulous rooftop so we went there for a drink instead."
