Bonvoy members are supposed to get free internet, but we still had to pay the full resort fee despite getting free internet. In addition, we never could get a boogie board, which also was supposed to be free

Could not get the room above 67 degrees. Neighbors were loud all hours of the night. Not as nice as the photos online for the price. Staff was excellent. Also, dont agree with paying to park on top already paid
