"Excellent location very nice staff , our ac unit was faulty However with it only being a 2 night stay it wasn’t worth the hassle, they were extremely friendly I’m sure if I pushed the issue they would have dug into it, also was fully booked "

"The Grand Hyatt staff did an amazing job during our stay - from Tom, the concierge who planned our tours to the entire hotel team, they provided excellent service and wanted to ensure we had a wonderful time. Our ocean view room was perfect and very private and we loved the onsite restaurants. We would definitely return! The resort location is perfect. "

The food was amazing and the property is quiet and clean. 10/10 will definitely stay here again and consider Sheraton for future trips elsewhere as well."
