"It was a great experience staying in a traditional ryokan, visit an onsen (public bath) and use a yukata (Japanese robe). Lovely staff, great location and spacious and clean room. A futon mattress would have made the experience even better, but the down duvet was wonderful."
"My family enjoyed our stay in the large, comfortable, extremely tidy and well fit-out property. Although on our arrival it was hard to walk to (with suitcases) from Tobu-Nikko, and very few buses. Its also very quiet and safe around the hotel so we liked that. It was hard to find a restaurant within 20 minutes walking that was open for dinner, but we met a sweet auntie who told us where to find good food.
