Onsen: excellent; water often "cold" (40C) Monkeys, deer, nature all around. Staff VERY nice, and accommodating. Fire place. Dinner and breakfast amazing, but expensive (we paid as much as for accomodation). Next time we will have half-board less often: too much food.Staff very friendly. A very nice experince.

It is an old facility. Room is a bit dark. Onsen is small as expected. Yet, food is great, cost is fair. Most important, the staff are extremely helpful and nice.

Worst hotel of the trip. Very outdated and badly in need of repairs. Carpets worn, ripped, curled. Walls dirty, patchy, with holes. Dark and dingy. Not welcoming. Could not eat at restaurant unless pre-booked, and no others nearby. Microwave packet food was only option. One night was too long for this dump.

改装中とのことでしたが特に気になることもなく、スタッフの対応も非常に心地よかったです。 外国人のスタッフの方の笑顔も素敵で心地よく過ごすことができました。 露天風呂は屋根がなく雨が降ってたためゆっくりと浸かることができなかったのが心残りですが、泉質は素晴らしかったので室内の温泉でも十分満足できました！ また伺わせていただきます！ ありがとうございました。

食事が大変美味しく、とても良かったです。ロビーの雰囲気も素敵でした。少し残念に思ったのは、浴室の脱衣所が狭くて洗面シンクも一つしかない上に、脱衣所がとても暑くて、入浴後にゆっくりできなかったことです。

お食事と温泉は良かったです。しかし露天風呂の屋根に積もった雪がもし落ちて来たら客は大怪我します。お風呂の排水も詰まっているようで不快でした。1階トイレのスリッパが無くて 部屋のスリッパでそのまま入りました。アルコール消毒も手をかざしても出て来ませんでした。残念な事が多かったです。

昭和レトロを満喫

宿はとっても昭和レトロ感満載で楽しめました。白いグランドピアノに夜には暖炉を焚きちょっと鄙びたソファーでくつろいで雪景色を楽しみながら目薬茶を飲んでのんびりできます。部屋は新しくはありませんがとても広く茶の間とベットが分かれているのは寛ぎやすく好感が持てます。風呂は温泉で雪見風呂が楽しめました。なんと言っても飯は最高でした。大喰らいな私でしたが、十分な量と、タイミングを見計らって出てくる料理はみんな温かく美味しくいただけましたし、スタッフさんもサービスも愛想も良く素晴らしかったです。 新しくて綺麗なお宿を希望の方には合わないかもしれませんが総じていいお宿だと思います。

주변 더 좋은 시설의 숙소대비 가격이 좀 비쌉니다 예약오류로 뒤늦게 결재한 식사값이 생각보다 너무 비싸서 놀라긴했습니다 욕장에 냄새가 조금 심했고 물을 2일에 한번 교체한다하시던데 땟국물이 조금 떠다녀 놀랐습니다

ベットがヘタって腰の辺りが凹んでいるので 寝心地がとても悪い 館内の空調も効いていない 奥日光の温泉にしてはお湯が薄い かなり加水されてしまっているみたい とりあえずの救いは料理が美味しい 施設が古いので仕方がないのかもしれない 1970年代で時が止まったホテル
