"The front desk didn't speak any English and didn't understand how to work a credit card machine. It took over 20 min to check me in and again to check me out. The lobby didn't seem to have air conditioning and was really hot while I waited both times. "Business trip and had no overnight plans and this hotel was very close. Service staff were very good and spoke good English. I had a room with a sea view which was spectacular. Coffee pod machine and plenty of bottled water. Bathroom was very nice with good quality fittings all round. "The staff at the property were wonderful and attentive. Any issue was taken care of promptly. Rooms are very nice and clean and had more than enough room in them.
