The building is a design failure—calling it “noisy” is an understatement, as every word and footstep of other guests is noticeable. Communication with the accommodation is only possible via email, and no assistance regarding noise issue was provided. The rooms might look nice in theory, but in practice are poorly executed without any soundproofing. "

"Great location, nice clean comfortable apartment, good price. We were requested to separate the garbage (which is good, and was done). What we didn't know how to separate we put in a small plastic bag next to trash cans, and left a msg to owner about that. For that we got a fine-ticket and had to pay extra 1500 yen. I understand from him it is the policy in Furano, so maybe not related to the property, still important for next guests to understand this"

The bus stop is within 3 minutes walking distance and the train station is within 30 minutes walking distance, but the bus can also take you to the station.
