"The room was clean but the layout was strange. The room had horrible lighting, the bathroom and TV weren’t located in a practical space. The people at the front desk were very kind but slow. I tried calling the front desk and nobody ever answered. They charge for parking then ask you to tip but still add a service e charge to the bill. The location was nice!"

"Extremely filthy, very run down, staff is almost nonexistent and useless. The property is shady and dangerous. There are homeless, drug activities, and other suspicious activity in and around the hotel. I decided to leave early. My safety was more important than saving money. Expedia should be ashamed to list this hotel. "

"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay absolutely needs to be addressed. This was, without exaggeration, one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room felt unclean the moment we walked in. The bathroom, especially the shower, looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time. There was visible buildup, and the overall condition made it hard to feel comfortable using it at all. In fact, I didn’t even use the shower because it was that gross. The bed situation was even worse. I didn’t feel safe sleeping under the covers and ended up sleeping on top of them out of concern for cleanliness. That alone says everything about the condition of the room. On top of that, the entire property had a strong odor, and there was a noticeable smell of marijuana throughout the area. It didn’t feel like a controlled or well-managed environment, and it made the stay even more uncomfortable. At this point, it feels like surface-level fixes wouldn’t be enough. The property is in such poor condition that it would honestly need to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up to meet even basic expectations. This location seriously needs attention—deep cleaning, better maintenance, and stronger oversight. As it stands, I would not recommend staying here."

"There was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom the beds were so small you couldn’t fit but one person in them and there was so many people outside begging for money worst experience of my life with my children with me"

"Second time staying here and probably last. Tried to book room thru their website. Was more than Expedia and wouldn’t match and I’m a Marriott member and still wouldn’t do anything. So booked thru Expedia. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still nothing. Hotel is nice and great location but maybe want to check elsewhere"
