"The beach is beautiful and the property is nice but not like Moon Palace Cancun. The staff is wonderful - Shemar at Jerk Hut, Shane and Whitney the lifeguards, Shavon and Tameka the beach waitresses. I would not go back for one reason. Over the weekend, many people who lived locally stayed at the resort and etiquette went out the window. People were cutting lines at the buffet, taking multiple plates full of food, not leaving for others. It was a fight for food. Tourist pay too much money to have to deal with this type of experience."

One of my sisters left her money by accident in her room when she checked out and someone called her right away to let her know she left it and that they will find a way get her money back to her.
