"Staff always made sure we were situated, bar is 24 hours you have access to a 24 hour buffet but first come first serve. Really nice scenery with access to other resorts (RIU). just left today and I will be back."

"I love the property, the hotel is located near plenty of things to do. Breakfast is included in your stay, you do have to pay an additional cost for lunch and dinner but the food is a 10/10 amazing. The morning staff is great very welcoming and ensure everyone has a smile on their face and getting the service they deserve. After hours/ night shifts is a bit slow you can’t get ice during the night. The door is left open anyone can come in and out of the hotel which I think is a bit unsafe. The tv works but channels are limited. Overall the stay wasn’t bad and I would book with hotel 39 because of how amazing the morning staff was to me and my family."

"If you’re looking for a fun but relaxing place to go to Rui Reggae is the place for you. You’re also able to go to the other neighbor hotels that have different vibes. Rui Reggae is by far the best place to vacation. You have 3 different pools, the beach, swim up bars & fun games throughout your stay.The cleanliness of the rooms were excellent & also comes with a balcony. The STAFF was amazing whether you’re at the lobby bar/front desk, the buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner, entertainment staff EVERYONE! You’ll feel welcomed, entertained & at home. "Everything was good. Other people had issues with things being taken from their room, but we did not experience that. Only negative thing we dealt with was some of the staff acting annoyed and rude at times. Aside from that we had a blast, great room, most of the staff was great, beaches dreamy, and culture was fun! "
