Reception, lobby, lounge, library, bar and restaurant were beautiful but the room we were in was a little tired decor wise. I do love the old features and understand it is an old building but some areas needed a little attention."

"Where do I start when I arrived? I was greeted by Annette and Jade. They had to deliver me the bad news that I left my passport and credit card at the previous hotel in Bournemouth. They were absolutely lovely called the previous Hotel to say that I would be back the next day. The hotel is incredible sitting right on the water with spectacular views. Parking was very easy. I booked a junior suite. I recommend highly that you do the same incredible room. I would also love to shout out Oliver who was incredible. He makes the best drinks and he also looked after me in the restaurant. The food was great and the overall experience was sensational. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would"
