"Carpet is sticky, mold on bath curtain, smell not good in the room. Breakfast can’t describe at all. Hall way carpet is really really dirty. Ice machine not work, internet really slow. Hope they will change this soon."

"My 5th trip to the area. This was the best. Most importantly….the staff. Most of these resorts are full of staff that have contempt for gringos. This place was way above the rest. Also no kids. Not that I don’t love kids but let’s be real. Big 40+ friends group. Will definitely come back. While most places had seaweed or rocks on the beach,…this place you could swim. Anytime,….and I mean ANYTIME….i want something I got it in less than an hour. Pools were awesome. Fun coordinators were great. The Italian restaurant was fire. Sushi was also great. Room service was “meh” but it always is."

"I loved the property. We have stayed many times. We are also members. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. She also denied us a first floor and have us two rooms in the 2nd floor all the way in the back. My group is over 62 years old and we had difficulty going up and down the stairs with our luggage. Today a wonderful sweet lady named Nancy helped us as much as she could. Nancy that was using one hand only because she had surgery in the other way working hard to help us and other people coming to check in and out."

"They don’t want you to bring any alcohol into the pool area, which is weird for a hotel. The overall hotel and property is clean and maintained because there seems to be plenty of staff there and available. There’s parts of the hotel that seem a little bit aged in need repairs. For example, our bathroom floor seemed like it had water damage and was a little squishy which seemed like an issue they need to be jumping on."
