The take away cup quality from restaurant is not good, keeping leaking and not easy to drink.

The property is excellent and in the central area, close to everything. All the staff members are very helpful and helped us with various recommendations. Only thing that the place needs to improve is housekeeping, sometimes they forget to palce towels, sometimes accessories, tea bags etc. Its like everyday something is missed.

Was looking for a place that can house 4 adults + 4 kids with a private pool and have mookata without the smell inside the house. this villa exceeded my expectations , it have 3 houses in its compound ( you can house up to 3 families ) ... a common area for bbq or mookata... the weather was colder than expected so we didnt get to swim but having mookata in the night was awesome... the main house have a pool table ... location is not far away from airport ( n old town ) lady owner was friendly n...

Such a beautiful serene hotel. K Toto and team took amazing care of us.

We stayed in Chiang Mai for more than a 10 days and had to change hotels several times. This was the best hotel we’ve had in this price category, very good value for money. The rooms are clean, the beds convenient, staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in family room which occupies the complete top floor with access to roof terrace only for ourselves. Overall great stay!
