"The check in staff were inexperienced & a senior staff member could’ve helped them by assisting them, but chose not to. We thought he was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were totally ignored. This was on our visit on the 10/5, he was no better on the 20/5, one of the worst front of house staff I’ve come across. I brought this to his attention & told him he was ignorant, rude, unprofessional. His was to threaten us with a fight outside - you’ve got to be joking - right ! I think that explains it all, I didn’t get his name, but I think he was French. Otherwise a great stay ! John MacGregor"
