Staff was helpful with check in and bags. Room was clean and cozy. Area was safe and easy to walk to restaurants and park. Wi-Fi was working great. Will stay again.

We stayed at Inhabit Queen’s Gardens for three nights and had a very mixed experience. Our first night was particularly difficult. We arrived after midnight, but even allowing for the late hour, the staff seemed surprisingly inexperienced and unprepared. Unfortunately, the quality of service did not improve much during our stay. The main issue is the lack of a professional reception experience. Whenever we asked a question, staff often looked at one another as if unsure who knew what to do. They were lovely people, but seemed poorly trained for front-of-house hospitality and lacked the confidence and awareness needed to anticipate guests’ needs. The rooms are incredibly small, and unless you are on the fourth floor, fresh air can also be an issue. That said, there is a lot to love here. The restaurant is absolutely outstanding, especially for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone looking for healthy, thoughtful food. The wellness facilities are another major highlight. The yoga room is lovely and can be booked for your own practice, while the sauna and salt room are wonderful additions. Believe it or not, despite the service issues and tiny rooms, we would return. The hotel has a wonderful concept and many special qualities. We sincerely hope the owners invest in stronger staff selection, training and leadership. With a professional front-of-house team, this could be an exceptional London hotel.

I believe the Paddington Residences listing was misleading and materially misrepresented the accommodation I booked. When I booked in November, the Expedia listing showed multiple positive reviews and a rating of 8.0 or higher. That rating and review profile were a major reason I chose the property for my family. By the time we checked in, those positive reviews were no longer visible and the property appeared to have a much lower review profile, with only negative reviews remaining. Had that been the rating and review picture shown when I booked, I would not have booked this property. The photos also did not match the accommodation provided. The unit we received was not simply worn or different in style; it was dirty, poorly maintained, and not in the condition represented online. The freezer was broken, there was no hot water, the shower handle was broken, the grout was mold-filled or badly mold-stained, the carpet had major stains, and there were marks or substances on the walls and doors that looked like blood or feces. The bathrooms and showers looked like they had not been properly cleaned. This was not a minor discrepancy. The listing created the impression of a clean, functional, well-reviewed property suitable for a family stay. The actual accommodation was materially different from that representation. I relied on the photos, rating, and reviews when booking, and those representations directly affected my decision to stay there.
