"We stayed in 3 different hotels during our 5 day stay in Seattle- this was the best! Room was nice size, bed was comfortable and amenities great. The front desk was very kind and helpful. We used the fitness room, which was clean. The breakfast was a typical free breakfast, however they did go above and beyond in that we had to take the shuttle at 4:30am to the airport and they provided a snack bag! Great customer service!"

"This hotel is way more run down than we expected, AC didn’t work and windows don’t open so was warm and stuffy all night, sofa bed was awful and really not useable. Bar/restaurant attached to the hotel had good food and good service. Would not recommend this hotel to others. "

"Had a great stay. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, room wasn’t ready until 4:50pm. Host was very nice and apologetic and offered a late checkout on our last day for the inconvenience. We will be back. :) thank you"
