"Wow! The room we got was huge for the 5 of us! It was spacious and more importantly, clean. The staff who checked us in were very friendly. The pool was great & it was 24hrs so we didn't feel rushed after a long day of traveling. The gym was also very nice. Breakfast was a little limited but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Originally they gave us a key to a room that when we opened the door, someone was already in that room. The other room we got had the door around the handle screwed back on after someone clearly used something to pry the door open, you could see inside the room because the door was so messed up. The side entrances to the hotel had no lock and were accessible 24 hours, no key needed. The 1st morning the hotel had to ask me again what room I was in because the room they thought they had put me in...

"checked in at 3p, had to wait an hour in the lobby because our room hadn’t been cleaned. when we finally got to our room, it was very dirty. there was some random person’s pajamas in the bathroom, dust and hair on almost every surface. the sheets were stained. booked the jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was full of hair and soap scum. clearly wasn’t cleaned at all. also had black mold on the grout in the corner. had housekeeping come back and clean it again, but it was still not very clean. we...
