Check in and check out was a breeze. The rooms are really clean and well mantained. Everything you will need for a comfortable stay is provided for you! Definitely a good location to stop by.

Great room. We especially loved the multiple power outlets at each bedside light.

I was given the penthouse upon check-in. The view of absolutely fabulous. The check-in process was smooth and I was given the room early. The suite is very clean and complete, pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer within the room.

The drive in was cool and the internal facilities was great. Had a good rest in the super comfy bed and clean room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's an old property so decor looks a bit dated but most of the modern facilities and conforts are still there. Location is excellent, close to city centre and reef terminal. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here and def will stay again should I visit Cairns again

The hotel is excellent and comfortable. It easily access to other areas and reception staff are friendly and helpful. I will come back to stay in again for my next trip.

My wife and I enjoyed two incredible nights here. Check in was incredibly smooth and fast. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. Location allowed us to travel to the city center for shopping and to Southbank on foot. The architecture has great character. We liked that the room's design and furniture selection retained most of the building's old world charm. Lovely stay, highly recommend!! Bed is comfy, our 2BR ocean view apt has such a lovely view! Had some issues but front desk rectified very promptly :)
