"Nice stay - extremely helpful staff. Rooms were comfy and a decent size. Bar and restaurant were both great. Buses to airport run every 30 minutes which is convenient. Only downside was no air conditioning - which normally wouldn’t be a problem but it was unusually warm when we stayed. I’d stay here again."

"The staff were very obliging, friendly and professional, including the guys on the concealer desk you Kept a lift open and empty for my wife and I as my wife was in a wheelchair a little bit of extra help goes a long way after a long day of travelling via train and underground pushing a wheelchair with your wife and your baggage on thank you so much for the cons and all the staff 100% professional"

"One of the most interesting experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The pods' size was spacious enough for a person to sleep comfortably and keep their belongings. The staff was nice and helpful, and the ambience felt dream-like, especially the bathrooms, which in itself was a great experience. I was surprised by how clean the bathrooms were, given the number of people who would use those bathrooms. Would absolutely come back whenever I traveled to London again."

"The room was very clean, good size, and the bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early after a very long travel which made a huge difference. The rooftop bar was lovely and affordable. We enjoyed using the pool and sauna at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend staying."
