Owner Jeff's personal touch is heart-warming. Attentive and caring, he sought a doctor when my throat felt sore, he read out a breakfast menu every morning and looked after our overall wellbeing. The furnishings, a few weeks short of Christmas, had an old-world charm and homey feeling, particularly in its lovely breakfast lounge. The quaint lodge exterior, stemming from the mid-19th century, was a major draw for us, well worth the uphill walk every evening as we came back from day-tripping....

We had travelled round Tasmania for 2 weeks and stayed at 6 different apartments. Graham was the best in term of cleanliness, facilities and service. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and is near to the Hobart city. A shopping mall with Coles opening till 10pm & Kmart operating 24hrs, just within 5 minutes walking distance.

Linens were clean and there was bed heating as well as a separate heater to keep you warm during the winter. Checking in & out was smooth and speedy. Just a short drive to city centre & overall a great value for the price I paid.

Great view of Mt Wellington from the room. We’ve had a wonderful stay and it was really convenient to the pier and Salamanca market. Will come back again.
