"Checked in late night Saturday and was informed someone vomited in pool and it was closed. Got to room the tv didn’t work and no hot water. The hotel clerk said he doesn’t have a solution that night. After calling for Sam the manager the next morning 2 xs and the lady telling him to return call. Waited 4 hours, I went to front desk and told them I needed new room. He said pool was back open but will closed Monday. The health dept was not in on Sunday so they wouldn’t inspect it. So last night got in late and the room key let us in the building but not our room. So had to take luggage back to car and drive to lobby. It quite a distance from room to lobby and my husband has health issues. The whole deal made it a bad weekend getaway. I do not recommend this hotel just due to staff and amenities. "

"Fun take on a suburban hotel - felt unique and modern. The bathroom looked a little worn, however clean and useful. The gym is excellent! Very nice. For the price, excellent. "

"Would have happily given this a 4-4.5 star review if it had not been for the rock hard beds and horrible pillows that made me so sore the entirety of our two night stay. Our booking for 2 queen beds was given away and they were all sold out when we arrived. They did offer a rollaway bed which worked for my 12 year old. Luckily my 7 year old was small enough to sleep on the chaise lounge. They did credit me $50 for the mix up, but yeesh I haven’t been this sore from a bed maybe ever."

"Lovely Historic Hotel. In generally nice shape but not without it's warts, as one would expect. Ate at the Lobby Bar and the food was excellent. Piano was a nice touch. Attentive staff. My only real complaint was the dinky fitness area with limited hours. Highly recommended. "
