Superior Inn Hotel and Conference Centre Thunder Bay

"Just a one night stop over for myself and family. We were made aware that the hotel was being used as a relief hotel for people affected by the wild fires and was not a problem for us. The room was a good size but the decorations and some of the fixture and fittings looking very tired and had to take pictures as that we didn't have the £150 damage deposit taken. The beds were very comfortable after a 8 hour flight and reception very friendly. One thing is don't rely on the shuttle mentioned on site we did not get a response on our request but luckily family surprised us at airport to take us there."

"Staff was excellent. We had an early flight and were in the lobby at 4:00 am not expecting anyone there. The front desk directed us to the breakfast hall for some fresh coffee even though nothing opened before 7:00 am. Greatly appreciated!"

"Comfy stay and a convenient location. indoor and outdoor pool good. Rooms need updated power sources for USB or USC charging. Only 1 ice machine for the whole hotel. Would stay again"
