"At check in, the woman (didnt get her name) was so nice and friendly. I found all of the staff to be friendly as they greeted you when you'd walk past them. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly decent and the eating area was cute. The place is a little outdated and a little run down but for a last second booking due to travel delays and only staying one night, it was good enough. "

"It was a large room and we felt safe. We enjoyed the free breakfast and free parking. Room was a little dirty and worn. Shower curtain liner was moldy and looked like the tub needed to be replaced, a large patch in it. Had to call maintenance to come get our furnace working, room was cold and heat wouldn’t work. But they came quickly and fixed the issue right away. "

The staff was very helpful with assisting us on places to visit or dining out selections. The staff were very friendly! I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Springfield!"
