"Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did have an issue with billing. I thought I had booked a 3 night stay but apparently I had only booked 2 nights. After the 2nd night, we had been out most of the morning. When we returned, the person at the desk alerted us that we should have checked out by 11. She stated that she had tried to call us and was unsuccessful so she used our credit card on file to bill us another day. I was not told that the price would be higher and i did not receive a receipt. The next morning we checked out. Again, I was not given a receipt. It was only after I got home and received an email that I realized I was charged more than double what i originally paid for the room. Had I known this, I would have went elsewhere! I should have been told that there was a huge price increase."

"Clean room and nice staff! Just a short walk or drive away from downtown Northport. Be sure to have breakfast or lunch at City Cafe in downtown Northport. Yummy food and friendly staff. Downtown Tuscaloosa and the riverwalk are also a short drive or walk across the bridge. We had a great time. Good location for a fraction or the price since it was across the bridge from Tuscaloosa!"

"It’s a wonderful place to stay but there is no airport shuttle as advertised on this site and also no vegan options as mentioned at the restaurant."

"They need to clean the bathrooms better. There was a soap bar left in the shower and on the wallpaper behind the sink had spots of white specks of tooth paste and soap residue. The bed was comfortable and the room was roomy. Just an average room. "
