"Stayed for 2 nights and loved it. Location customer service cleanliness the unique designer hands down. Highly recommended going to Zurich and staying at the same hotel. We stayed last summer in Chicago it was amazing experience as well. Great breakfast for a decent price. "

"Overall Is a great property. My only Teo complaints are internet you have to pay, something ridiculous nowadays same as the access to the pool. There is no complimentary water in the rooms but don’t worry there are Evian bottles for 9 each. Later found out you can ask for water in front desk and they send to your room nice tetrapack package of water. I think it’s a huge waste of everything and they should offer a glass refilled bottle with filtered water like they are doing in other hotels and Europe. Other than that it’s a great place to stay"

"It was a great stay the shower could use some work and they roemoved some pad I assume and had this gross yellow stain but otherwise the room was clean and great and helpful staff."

"we arrived at 10 pm after 3 flight cancellations, the Bar manager was amazing, kitchen was closing, no problem a burger and a few drinks organized without any problems."
