Best Western, Northwest Chicago hotels

"The vibe is very cool and the room is spacious. That said, the fridge in the room is very loud when it turns on, the sink was clogged and slow to drain. There's no room service, you can get food to "take out" at the restaurant. However, the food is presented in a flimsy cardboard container used for leftovers which isn't really fitting for a $25+ entree. Details that just make the place feel less than classy."

"Conveniently located as has a mall nearby to get a bite to eat. Breakfast at hotel had nice selection and staff was very nice."

"Being able to park right in front of the unit was very convenient. All of the listed amenities functioned as advertised without issue. Perfect place for a quiet getaway! "

"The hotel had no electricity upon arrival, inexplicably as there were no severe weather conditions. I was handed two glow sticks to be able to guide my way around the hotel and my room. You can’t make this stuff up. The fact that there was nothing provided to compensate for the matter (discount, credit, voucher, etc) is ridiculous. Apparently being the only on site hotel option allows for the hotel to not care about its guests and still retain business. I won’t be back. "

"Elevator extremely slow. Sometimes a 5 minute wait. Breakfast buffet food was cold although sold as a hot breakfast. Same drink glass I left on table at 6 pm was still there at 8 am. "
