The ottoman was also dirty and ripped on too, and our bathroom sink was very slow to drain. I shared pics of the furniture to the front desk attendant upon checkout and she was gracious enough to refund us one night's stay for the inconvenience. The bedsheets were clean and the breakfast was satisfying."
