breakfast is excellent. Its restaurant isn’t open all 7 days of the week, but it has a nice bar. It is situated right on the beach, with a range of room options both facing the sea or a view on the lovely gardens and town of Cabourg. "The property is on 2 floors and the elevator is some distance from reception - we also (as is our luck!) had to walk a distance to the room.
Parked on site both nights despite the hotel appearing to be busy.
Room - large twin single beds with the usual space to get past the end of the beds (also nice to have 2 armchairs); separate WC in a very tight space; large shower; TV unfortunately only in French; pleasant with A/C and window can be opened. Beds had 'firm' mattresses casuing me a back...

"Great stay. Fantastic facilities. Healthy and yummy
breakfast. Pleasant walk to the beach with shortcut access from the hotel, easy walk to the centre of the town. Very convenient to get to the hotel if you drive in, a bit afar if by train.
Only minor negative point: check in is at 4pm, later than the standard check in at 2pm.
I still highly recommend and will return again.
