Lovely 5 star hotel a 3 minute walk from the train station. Easy walk to the old town and Christmas markets. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant and breakfast and a cosy bar. Highly recommended.

Nothing was wrong with the property or people It just was not 5 star in any way More like 3 star which is fine if that’s what you want Sadly I thought this, especially with the hotel name brand, would be a 5 star hotel It’s a good location if using the train and want a basic hotel. A beautiful property close to the train station. Convenient to the area and trams its a great base camp point. The staff was exceptional, attentive, and very thoughtful ready to help with whatever we needed. The restaurant was excellent and we really enjoyed the breakfast options. The wait staff is the best weve seen in Europe.

The hotel was okay for a one night stay on our way to Frankfurt airport. It was within walking distance to Nuremberg old town. However, the facility was old and worn. the cleaning staff were using the same elevator as the guests to go up and down. The front desk staff were not friendly or knowledgable. They forgot that we had valet our car and we waited for 30 minutes before asking them again about our car status.

This is one of our favorite places to stay so far. Great rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly/Helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is fantastic. Great location. Easy walking access to the Altstadt and shopping. Easy access to the U-ban station and easy access driving to the Autobahn. Loved it. Will stay there again.

My only complaint was that our room wasn’t cleaned very well when we left for the day. They took the cups and saucers etc and didn’t replace them. We had to go out and request cups and coffee to replenish our room. The front desk was excellent and very helpful.

Lovely hotel 2 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and 5 mins walk from the old town. The hotel is modern, well furnished and decorated. The room allocated was clean, comfortable and spacious. The room was cleaned and fresh towels provided each day. The room has a wellness suite. I used the gym and the pool area and these were very good. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and courteous. I would stay in the hotel again if visiting Nuremburg.
