"One of the worst Hilton hotels I have ever stayed in. The swimming pool was in a very poor condition — the water was visibly dirty, with dust and hair floating on the surface, which was extremely off-putting. The room itself lacked basic amenities, including a bathrobe and slippers. When I requested these, I was told that none were available due to the hotel being busy, which is simply unacceptable for a Hilton property. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and far below the standards I would expect."

"Room had a view of the sea, but the window was tiny, and couldn't be seen from the bed. Room was generally clean. However, i did an old used teabag behind the dressing table, when looking for something I dropped down the back. The toilet usually took several attempts to flush, and the bathroom taps had to be turned a considerable amount of times for water to come out, both were slightly annoying. Staff were friendly, during the day at least, drinks were very reasonably priced at the bar. On the whole, fine, but... they appear to have spent a considerable amount of money on decorating the bar/lou ge/reception area, yet have neglected some of the cleanliness and function of the plumbing in the rooms. Slightly disappointing, but fine"

"This is deservedly a 4 star hotel. Almost everything rings quality. The food is of high quality, that is breakfast and dinner. The staf go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It was just the outside appearance. All painted surfaces need urgent treatment. A great stay. May well go there again!"

"The staff were so friendly and amazing, very helpful. There was on signal or tv signal where we were on the west wing. Gardens beautiful an the bar was such a nice atmosphere. "

"With parking at front, off road, convenient and easy. Hotel 50 is positioned very well for trips into Boscombe and the beach, along with nearby bus routes and restaurants. The room and all areas of the hotel were immaculately clean and well kept/maintained. Matt and Mel are very accommodating hosts, so very helpful and interesting to chat with and went out of their way to help us. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hotel 50 to others. 5 Stars from us! "
