"Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. "The bathroom was very small and the hot water was up and down to really cold to really hot while standing in the shower. Bed was comfortable and pillows too. Really like the cabinet in room,but frig didn't have a freezer to re freeze my cold packs. No room darking drapes to block out lights at night and sun in morning "
"My friend and I stayed here when I was having surgery. Obviously the hospital is across the street which made it convenient and an obvious choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint regarding the room is that it was very muggy which made the bedding feel damp and we could really smell the laundry detergent because of it, which was not a deal breaker by any means. While I was in the hospital for surgery, my friend strolled around the area. He said that there was a lot of nice places to eat and shop within walking distance. The parking situation wasn't that great. Both lots are small and the parking spaces are super tight, but again, other than driving me to the front entrance of the hospital when I had surgery (it was raining pretty hard), my car was just parked. I would book it again if I needed to place to stay."
